- We ship to mainland Portugal for €7.80 for orders up to €34.99 VAT. including. Free transport to mainland Portugal for orders over €35.00 VAT. including. Shipping time is 72 hours.

- We ship to the Balearic Islands €7.80 for orders up to €24.99 VAT included. Free transport to the Balearic Islands for orders over €25.00 VAT included. Shipping time is 3-4 business days.

*We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceure and Melilla.

To request a return you must contact the Customer Service of abril et nature, S.L. by calling 93 540 21 85, or via WhatsApp at 628 36 55 74. Indicate your web registration email and the reason for return.

If the return is due to the products being in poor condition or an error in shipping by April et Nature, S.L., the company will make a new shipment with the correct order and will be responsible for collecting those received in error. at no cost to the client.

If the return is covered by the customer's right of withdrawal or causes beyond the control of April et Nature, S.L., the following conditions must be met:

  - The products must NOT have been unsealed or used, they must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging with which they were delivered, which must not be damaged or tampered with.

- Returns of products where modifications are seen in both the packaging and its contents will not be accepted.

- Shipping costs to our warehouses are the responsibility of the customer. *Check the shipping address where you should send the package to the April et nature team.

- In case of withdrawal, this must occur within 14 calendar days after receiving it at the location where the client has indicated.

Once the package is received at the offices of April et nature, s.l. It will be verified that the products are in perfect condition and the purchase will be returned except for shipping costs. The refund will be made to the same account as the product purchase.

If the return of the package is made by April et nature, s.l. or it is not possible to deliver it to the customer at the address provided, €7.00 will be deducted from the return for round-trip shipping and handling costs.
